Shipping policy

1. How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order.

2. How long does it take to process an order?

We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. When placing your order, please make sure you select the correct model and color as we are unable to modify your order. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in the system.

Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (CST) every day.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of placing the order. However, orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. How long does it take to ship?

Once your order has been processed, it will take approximately 7-15 business days for delivery. There may be delays beyond our control such as weather, customs, and postal service delays.

4. Shipping Address

We only ship to addresses within the United States. If you order from an address outside the United States, we unfortunately will not be able to process your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and within the United States to avoid any delays or cancellations. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us for assistance.

5. Shipping Providers

At Fahey, we work with reputable shipping providers to ensure your order arrives on time and safely. Our primary carrier is UPS. With UPS, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping throughout the United States. You will receive an order tracking number immediately after the product is shipped, making it easy for you to check the status of your order throughout the shipping process.

6. Note

We are not responsible for shipment delays due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, bad weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Please note that holidays are not counted as business days and should be taken into account when calculating delivery times.

Occasionally there may be unexpected delays due to re-checks, out of stock, especially during high volume periods.

Please contact us about the shipment if the package does not arrive on time, our customer service team will get back to you to resolve within 5-7 days. Overdue requests may not be accepted.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We make every effort to expedite processing and delivery times, so there is always a small window of time for incorrect shipping addresses to be corrected. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

8. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
