- Condition: The item must be new, unused, unwashed and undamaged. We require the item to be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: To process a return, the customer must provide a valid purchase invoice or transaction receipt. This helps us clearly identify the origin of the product and ensure a smooth return process.
2. Return Process
To return a product, you need to follow these steps:

- Packaging the product: The product must be carefully packaged in the original packaging, along with the purchase receipt and accessories (if any). Make sure that all details, labels, and seals of the product are intact. This helps protect the product during shipping and avoid unnecessary damage.
- Returns: It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the shipping costs to return the product. A return address will be provided after your return request is accepted. We recommend that you use a shipping service with a tracking number to ensure that your return is sent to the correct address. Please retain your delivery receipt for tracking or confirmation if any issues arise.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product within 30 business days. If the product is eligible for return, we will process a refund or exchange as per your request.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request and product inspection are confirmed, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refund Time: The refund process will be processed within 30 business days from the date we confirm the product is eligible for return. The exact time it takes for a refund will depend on the original payment method you used for your purchase.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., the card has expired or the account has been closed), we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative refund method.
- Refund Notification: Once the refund is complete, we will send you an email confirming the details of the refund transaction. Please review the information in the email and contact us if you have any questions or problems with the refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is credited.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Canceling Orders
We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. However, there are some specific rules and conditions for canceling orders as follows:
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Customers can request to cancel their orders without being charged if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us via email [email protected] with the subject “Order Cancellation Request” and provide your order number.
- Order has been processed or dispatched: If your order has been processed or dispatched, your cancellation request will no longer be valid. In this case, you will need to wait for the product to arrive and then go through the return process if you do not want to keep the product.
